After the high winds the weekend of May 1st we had an issue with a section of shingles that covered a ridge on our roof. I contacted Eric Goodspeed Monday morning the 3rd and left a voice mail. He called me right back, took my information and was out to my home to inspect and come up with a solution. Since there was rain in the forecast for Monday evening he took a shingle sample so he could properly match and quote. He contacted me back within an hour with a cost to repair. He and a crew were back to install the new shingles on the ridge line at 2:00! They did a fantastic job. Eric went above and beyond to get this repair done for me before the rain started! I would highly recommend them and would use them if/when we need to do a complete roof job. Thank you Eric!

Chris did an excellent job with handling the hail storm damage inspection of my roof, coordinating with the insurance company, conduct installation of the roof in a timely manner, and ensuring quality. He was present the whole time the installation was going on to supervise the crew. Jon, Shane and their team were quick to come to my home when called for possible attic leak. They discovered there was a venting issue in the attic from how the shingles were installed. They came out the next day repaired the roof and venting system. While there Shane also discovered an issue with our siding and the garage. He also had the crew repair the garage to prevent damage to the home. The price was very fare and we felt very comfortable with the work that was done! I was impressed with RPM Contracting. Their crew was highly knowledgeable, had excellent workmanship, paid attention to detail and follow up. I especially want to thank Austin Lundberg and Tim Juno. I previously had two other roofing companies unable to get a new roof approved with my insurance company. Austin stopped by one day (cold call), inspected my roof and told me he was going to get it approved. It was approved. My roof includes two stacks, a portion of the roof has little pitch, and a transition from my house roof to a metal porch roof. Tim stopped by before the job started and suggested a way to rebuild the two stacks and repair the metal porch roof. The job is now completed and I am more than satisfied with everything.

They were quick and very knowledgeable. Austin helped a lot! Little did I know he and his RPM team would get the claim approved! Throughout the preliminary dealings with the insurance company, til cleanup, Austin was a professional; I was very impressed with how attentive to detail he was from sitting down discussing paperwork, to supplies drop-off, all the way through to picking up the last nail. I had a small leak coming into my fireplace so I found RPM on-line and based on their reviews and their proximity to my home I gave them a call. I received a call back from Jake and after hearing my issue he made an appointment to come out and do an inspection. After getting up to the chimney, Jake found the problem to be relatively minor and he repaired it right away. If I need anything in the future I will definitely contact these guys. I'm not one to write reviews but Ryan was great to work with on my roof replacement and gutters. They replaced my roof on a Monday and the next day they was replacing my gutters and did a great job, both crews did a great job at clean-up you wouldn't have known they was here. They replaced the skylights and size did not match with the old ones so the shades didn't fit, so Shane got the correct size shades came in and installed them and also did trim work on the inside and painted both cavities they fit into ,he did an awesome job. They where great to work during the process and seemed to go the extra step to please the customer and I would recommend them to others.

I was renovating a house and during the demolition discovered a small leak in the roof. I called several companies and Jon from RPM called me back right a way. He came out to look at the roof and gave me an estimate, which was a lot better than any other estimate I received. The guys arrived when they said they would, did the job, and cleaned up everything in less time than expected. The people I dealt with at RPM were all professional and beyond helpful.
